Delivery & Returns

We use an external delivery service for the delivery of our products.

Our products offered for sale are those listed on our website on the day of consultation and within the limits of available stock. Each product is accompanied by a description provided by Soelsignature.

The shipping costs amount to the indicated sum at the time of placing the order. We offer free shipping for orders exceeding 150 EUROS.

For all available items, the delivery time is 4 working days from the day following the validation of the order.
The ordered products will be delivered to the address specified on the order form.
You must be available on the day and at the time of delivery. In order to facilitate the work of the carriers, we ask you to maintain a clear and easily accessible location; otherwise, a second delivery will have to be made at your expense.

If an item does not suit you, you have a period of 14 days to return the merchandise, provided it is in the same condition as when it was sent. This return is free of charge and without stating a reason. You just need to contact us using this form. to submit your return request

The deadline starts from the day after the day of delivery of the order. 

For products subject to successive deliveries, the withdrawal period begins to run on the day following the day of the first delivery.
